Begin planning your trip to Italy with a visit to our Useful Links page, where you’ll find all of the services and organisations necessary to make the most out of your trip. By letting us know in advance when you book, we can arrange a transfer from either of the city’s airports on your arrival.

When you arrive, our multilingual staff will advise and recommend and assist with any bookings or reservations you wish to make in the city of Rome. The local area is home to some fine restaurants and trattorias but watch out for the tourist traps! You may wish to simply relax on your first evening and take advantage of the free WIFI throughout the property – and what better opportunity to take advantage of our unique Italian hair and beauty treatment service, available by advance booking.

Alternatively, if you wish to make a real night of it, we’ll be happy to organise a babysitter service. Italian buffet breakfast is served from 7.30 till 9.30 and during the day you’re also welcome to take advantage of our laundry service, private shopper service for those forgotten essentials, and fax and photocopier service for those in need of business facilities.

Staff are on hand until 9pm every day to take care of any issues or queries you may have, but if you expect to arrive later than that to check in simply let us know by leaving a note in the Additional Comments box when you book online and we’ll wait up for you.
